株式会社JTBは、2026年4月24日（金）開催の取締役会において、常務執行役員 長期ビジョン戦略推進担当 青海 友（55歳）が2026年6月30日付で代表取締役 社長執行役員に就任することを内定いたしました。代表取締役 社長執行役員の山北 栄二郎（62歳）は同日付で代表取締役会長に、取締役会長の髙橋 広行（69歳）は相談役にそれぞれ就任予定です。なお、正式には6月30日開催予定の第63期定時株主総会および同総会終了後の取締役会の承認後となります。

　また、2026年6月30日以降の役員体制については、5月末に発表予定です。

Tokyo, Japan., April 24, 2026 - JTB Corp. announced that at a meeting of its Board of Directors today, AOMI Tomo, the current Managing Executive Officer in charge of Long-Term Vision and Strategy Promotion, has been nominated to become President and CEO, effective June 30.

On the same day, the current President and CEO, YAMAKITA Eijiro, is scheduled to become Chairperson of the Board, while the current Chairman of the Board, TAKAHASHI Hiroyuki, will become an Advisor.

These appointments are subject to formal approval at the 63rd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 30 and at the subsequent Board of Directors meeting that day.

The proposed new executive management team, effective June 30, is scheduled to be announced at the end of May.

1993年4月、株式会社日本交通公社（現、株式会社JTB）入社。

札幌支店を皮切りに店頭、渉外営業に従事した後、北海道営業本部にて総務人事、営業企画を担当。

2007年からJTBグループ本社において旅行事業のマーケティング、2014年から同、経営企画を担当し、株式会社JTBコミュニケーションデザインの発足などを通じ、法人事業領域の拡大を推進。

途中、JTB北海道本社、JTBコミュニケーションデザイン本社、JTB本社法人事業本部において経営企画や事業企画などに従事した後、2021年に執行役員、2022年6月には取締役兼常務執行役員 経営戦略担当（CSO）に就任。コロナ禍における経営改革を主導する傍ら、イノベーション創発プロジェクト「nextender」の統括者として、新規事業創出や共創による事業領域拡大を牽引。

2024年4月にはJTB Americas, Ltd.の取締役社長に就任。M＆Aや出資を通じ、ミーティング＆イベント事業、ビジネストラベル事業を強化すると同時に内部統制の強化を図る。

2026年1月から株式会社JTBの常務執行役員　長期ビジョン戦略推進担当として、グループの将来像設計と戦略実行をリードしている。

AOMI Tomo joined Japan Travel Bureau, Inc. (currently JTB Corp.) in April 1993. He began his career at the Sapporo Branch, where he was engaged in frontline customer service and corporate sales. Later, he assumed responsibility for general affairs, human resources, and sales planning at the Hokkaido Regional Headquarters.

From 2007, he oversaw travel-business marketing at the JTB Group headquarters. In 2014, he moved to Corporate Planning at the same headquarters, where he expanded the corporate business domain by launching of JTB Communication Design, Inc. He then held several strategic and business planning roles at the JTB Hokkaido headquarters, JTB Communication Design headquarters, and the JTB Corporate Business Division.

In 2021, Mr. Aomi was appointed Executive Officer, and in June 2022 he became a Director and Managing Executive Officer in charge of Corporate Strategy (CSO). While spearheading crucial management reforms during the COVID-19 pandemic, he also led an innovation project called "nextender" (portmanteau of "next" and "extender") to generate new business and expand JTB's business domain through strategic collaborations.

In April 2024, Mr. Aomi was appointed President of JTB Americas, Ltd. In this role, he strengthened the Meetings & Events and Business Travel sectors through M&A and investments, and reinforced the company's internal control systems.

Since January 2026, as the Managing Executive Officer in charge of Long-Term Vision and Strategy Promotion for JTB Corp., he has led the design and execution of the JTB group's future vision and strategic initiatives.
