MC&A ANNOUNCES MAJOR INVENTORY EXPANSION WITH THE ACQUISITION OF ULU CREATIVE'S MAUI AND O'AHU EVENT ASSETS
HONOLULU, HI -- December 16, 2025 -- MC&A proudly announces its acquisition of the full Maui and O'ahu event décor inventory of Ulu Creative, a Hawai'i-based event production company known for its distinctive and design-forward décor collection. This strategic move significantly expands MC&A's event element offerings and strengthens the breadth, quality, and creative capabilities of its product line beyond the company's existing inventory.
Founded in 2020, Ulu Creative has become a trusted resource in Hawai'i's event industry, recognized for its unique and custom-designed décor elements. The acquisition includes thousands of premium décor pieces currently housed on Maui and in Ulu Creative's nearly 8,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Kalihi. The warehouse will now operate as MC&A's primary Oʻahu storage and fabrication facility. With this central Honolulu location, MC&A can now support inter-island events with enhanced ease, improved logistics, and increased design flexibility.
With MC&A's integration of Ulu Creative's Maui inventory to its existing extensive Maui collection and expanded Oʻahu presence, clients now have access to one of Hawai'i's most comprehensive assortments of event décor and creative elements. This acquisition makes MC&A unmatched in both variety and selection, offering an unparalleled range of design options. The enhanced inventory also allows MC&A to serve corporate groups, hotels, venues, meeting planners, and private celebrations across the islands more efficiently than ever.
