LGBTQ+Ensuring every one of our diverse human resources can shine


The JTB Group's Human Rights and DEIB Policy prohibits all forms of discrimination and harassment in relation to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or other relevant factors.

We hold seminars and training sessions for all employees to help people understand LGBTQ+ and raise general awareness. We have also built an environment that enables people to learn about LGBTQ+ developments at any time on our internal training site. In addition to these in-house initiatives, we convey our clear stance externally, introducing JTB Group initiatives through panel exhibitions expressing our support for Tokyo Rainbow Pride (which celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2024), and working together with other companies during Pride Month in June to communicate our understanding and support of the LGBTQ+ community as corporate entities.

If we are able to build an environment in which everyone respects each other's individual preferences and lifestyles and we provide equal opportunities for all, then people will feel safe and will be able to demonstrate their talents and abilities with confidence. We aim to create a society in which each and every one of our diverse human resources can shine by nurturing an environment in which people naturally accept each other's choices and everyone can feel comfortable.
