Comments from the staff member responsible

担当者name入り.pngI had personally experienced the program beforehand during the planning stage and found it to be a very interesting and valuable experience, which allowed me to guide the participants with confidence. What was truly impressive, however, was seeing how much more the participants enjoyed it than I had even imagined.
I believe that visiting the actual facility and listening to the explanations before tasting the eel allowed for a deeper sense of appreciation.
I hope that Hiranuma Fisheries' environmentally friendly and delicious eels will become more widely recognized, and that this will contribute, even in a small way, to addressing food challenges.
