YAMAKITA Eijiro has served as Chairman of the Board of JTB Corp. since July 2026, following six years as President & CEO and Representative Director. With nearly four decades of experience in the travel and tourism industry, international business management, corporate strategy, and organizational transformation, he has played a central role in shaping JTB's global business development and its transformation toward a broader and more resilient business portfolio.

YAMAKITA was appointed President & CEO and Representative Director of JTB Corp. in June 2020, taking office at a time when the global travel and tourism industry was facing the unprecedented impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. He led the JTB Group through one of the most challenging periods in its history, focusing on business transformation, organizational resilience, and the evolution of JTB beyond the traditional travel agency model.

As the Group moved from crisis response toward renewed growth, YAMAKITA promoted a growth strategy centered on strengthening and diversifying JTB's business portfolio. This included advancing an M&A strategy as an important driver of growth, enabling the Group to acquire new capabilities, expand into strategic business domains, and strengthen its competitive position in both domestic and international markets. Through these initiatives, he helped establish a stronger foundation for sustainable growth in the post-pandemic business environment.

Under his leadership, JTB further advanced its transformation into a company that creates value by bringing together people, places, and organizations. The Group expanded the application of its capabilities beyond conventional travel services, leveraging tourism, mobility, communication, and destination development to create new business opportunities and address challenges facing communities and society.

Prior to becoming President & CEO, YAMAKITA held senior executive responsibilities at JTB Corp., including as Managing Executive Officer, and played a central role in the Group's global business strategy and international operations.

He previously served as General Manager of Global Strategy at the Travel Business Headquarters and as JTB Europe Group Representative. In these roles, he contributed to shaping the Group's global business strategy, strengthening its international operating platform, and aligning regional businesses with the overall strategic direction of the JTB Group.

Earlier in his career, YAMAKITA developed extensive expertise in JTB's global travel businesses, particularly in Europe. His international leadership roles included serving as President of Tumlare Corporation and President of Travel Plaza (Europe), as well as holding senior management and executive positions at JTB Group companies in Denmark, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.

Through these assignments, he gained extensive experience in managing businesses across different markets, cultures, and operating environments, covering destination management, inbound and outbound travel operations, B2B travel services, and cross-border business management.

YAMAKITA began his career with Japan Travel Bureau, now JTB Corp., in 1987. He was born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1963 and graduated from Waseda University.

AOMI Tomo has served as President & CEO of JTB Corp. since June 2026, leading one of Japan's foremost travel and tourism groups as it continues to transform and expand its business beyond traditional travel. Drawing on more than three decades of experience across travel and tourism, corporate strategy, marketing and communication, business development, and international management, he is leading JTB's efforts to create new value by connecting people, places, businesses, and communities.

Prior to assuming his current position, Aomi was appointed Managing Executive Officer responsible for Long-Term Vision and Strategy Promotion in January 2026. In this role, he led the development of a future vision for the JTB Group to thrive and grow on the global stage, while accelerating the execution of its long-term strategy and laying the foundation for sustainable growth across its global businesses.

From 2024, he served as President of JTB Americas, Ltd., with responsibility for strengthening and expanding the Group's business across the Americas. During his tenure, he advanced the growth of JTB's Meetings & Events and Business Travel businesses through strategic M&A and investments, while reinforcing the regional management and governance platform.

AOMI was appointed Executive Officer of JTB Corp. in 2021 and became Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) in 2022. As CSO, amid the unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, he decisively implemented Group-wide management reforms to strengthen JTB's business and organizational foundations. At the same time, he drove business transformation and spearheaded strategic initiatives to create new businesses and expand JTB's business domains through innovation and collaboration, helping position the Group for renewed growth beyond the pandemic.

Earlier in his career, he held senior management positions across JTB's Corporate Business Division, JTB Communication Design, Inc., and JTB's operations in Hokkaido. These assignments provided him with broad leadership experience spanning corporate solutions, marketing and communication, tourism, business development, and regional management.

AOMI joined JTB Group headquarters in 2007, working in travel business marketing, and subsequently moved into Corporate Planning in 2014. There, he played a key role in expanding JTB's corporate business domain, including the establishment of JTB Communication Design, Inc., which was created to develop new areas of business beyond traditional travel through marketing, communication, events, and experience design.

He began his career with Japan Travel Bureau, now JTB Corp., in 1993 at the Sapporo Branch in Hokkaido, where he gained frontline experience in customer service and corporate sales. He later assumed responsibilities in sales planning, human resources, and general affairs at the Hokkaido Regional Headquarters, developing a strong foundation in both customer-facing operations and business management.

AOMI was born in Hokkaido in 1971 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Yokohama City University.

OTSUKA Masaki joined Japan Travel Bureau (now JTB Corp.) in 1986. He began his career in corporate sales at the Shinjuku Branch. In 1993, he participated in the establishment of JTB Motivations, Inc., where he later served as President & CEO, leading the company's growth with a focus on corporate human resource development and organizational transformation.

In 2014, he was appointed Managing Director of JTB Corporate Sales Inc., followed by his appointment as Managing Director of JTB Communication Design, Inc. in 2016. In these roles, he oversaw business management across a wide range of areas, including corporate sales transformation, advanced marketing, the events and MICE business, and global business operations.

Since 2025, he has been serving as Representative Member of the Board of Directors and Senior Managing Executive Officer, leading the JTB Group's long-term vision and business model transformation.

In addition to his executive responsibilities at JTB, he is committed to advancing the event industry as Vice Chairman of the Japan Association for the Promotion of Creative Events (JACE), an affiliated organization of Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).

NISHIMATSU Chizuko was born in Tokyo. After graduating from Tokyo Gakugei University, she joined Japan Travel Bureau (now JTB Corp.). She began her career in storefront operations and later served in the Corporate Planning Department before taking on leadership roles in the individual travel business, including Executive Manager of the Chiba Area and Division Manager of the Cruise Division.

After serving as Executive Officer and General Manager of the Sales Department at JCB Travel Co., Ltd., she was appointed Executive Officer and General Manager of the Business Reform Promotion Division, overseeing Customer Experience (CX) Strategy, in 2022. In 2023, she assumed the additional role of Executive Officer in charge of Sustainability (Chief Sustainability Officer, CSuO).

In April 2025, she was appointed Senior Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of the Tourism Business Headquarters. She has served in her current role since June 2025.

TAKEDA Jun joined Japan Travel Bureau (now JTB Corp.) in 1988. Beginning in 2005, he was engaged in corporate planning for the Americas region. Since 2010, he has led the formulation and execution of JTB's global strategies, overseeing numerous cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), post-merger integrations (PMI), and business reorganizations.

In 2015, he was appointed CEO of JTB Americas, Ltd., where he oversaw the group's operations across the Americas. In 2019, as President of the Global Business Unit, he led the structural reform of JTB's overseas businesses to enhance profitability and productivity.

Beginning in 2021, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for five years, leading fundraising initiatives, strengthening the company's capital base, and driving financial foundation enhancement and long-term growth strategies.

FUJII Daisuke joined JTB (now JTB Corp.) in 1998. After beginning his career in corporate sales, he moved to the Group Headquarters, where he was engaged in corporate planning and played a key role in formulating the JTB Group's management vision and strategic plans.

He later contributed to the development of systems designed to expand human mobility within the Japan Inbound Business Division. Subsequently, as Representative of Fun Japan Communications Co., Ltd., he led the development of a new marketing model that integrated digital and physical channels across Asia.

Since 2024, he has been responsible for formulating and promoting the JTB Group's management strategies as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Since February 2025, he has also served concurrently as Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDXO), leading the implementation of Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives across the Group.

OKIMOTO Satoshi joined Japan Travel Bureau (now JTB Corp.) in 1995. He began his career in storefront operations and corporate sales at the Osaka Tennoji Branch. From 2002 onward, he held a series of roles in business management, finance, and corporate planning within the company's administrative divisions.

Throughout his career, he participated as a key project member in numerous organizational restructuring initiatives. In 2020, he assumed responsibility for fundraising and capital enhancement.

He was appointed Executive Officer in 2024 and became a Member of the Board of Directors in 2025, leading to his current role.

SAWATO Masayuki began his career at East Japan Railway Company (JR East) in 1992. Throughout his career, he has been primarily engaged in the tourism and regional revitalization sectors, promoting sustainable community development through collaboration with local communities and partners.

He has also led initiatives to create new value beyond the traditional railway business by driving station-centered regional revitalization, attracting inbound tourism, strengthening partnerships with local governments and businesses, enhancing the value of railway stations in overseas cities - primarily across Asia - and advancing new business development initiatives.

In July 2026, he assumed his current role as Executive Officer and General Manager of the Digital Headquarters at JR East Marketing & Communications, Inc.

SAKAKIBARA Atsushi began his career at Central Japan Railway Company in 1991. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of leadership roles, including new business development for JR Central Towers, business management, group business strategy, sales, and serving as Station Manager of Nagoya Station.

In June 2023, he was appointed Executive Officer and General Manager of the Marketing & Sales Division. In June 2025, he was promoted to Managing Executive Officer while continuing to serve as General Manager of the Marketing & Sales Division.

Since June 2023, he has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors of JTB Corp.

IWAKI Hiroaki began his career at West Japan Railway Company (JR West) in 1994. He built his career primarily in the sales division, where he served as Section Manager at the Sales Headquarters, leading the planning and promotion of tourism content development and demand-generation initiatives in collaboration with local communities.

He later served as Sales Manager at the Kinki Regional Headquarters, where he focused on resolving operational challenges and enhancing services at the interface between customers and frontline operations.

During two assignments in the Okayama area, he led frontline reforms and operational improvements within the railway business and served as Deputy Branch Manager, overseeing regional railway operations and area management.

Currently, as an Executive Officer, he is driving digital transformation in marketing while leading the formulation and execution of medium- to long-term strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience through co-creation.

SUZUKI Kunimasa began his career at Sony Corporation in 1984. He went on to hold a series of senior executive leadership positions across the laptop, mobile, and entertainment businesses. Through roles including Representative Director and President of Intel K.K. from 2018, and Representative Director and Chairman from 2024, he has developed extensive expertise in the technology sector as well as global corporate management.

He has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of JTB Corp. since June 2023. Since June 2026, he has also concurrently served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Fujitsu Limited and Hakuhodo DY Holdings Inc., as well as an Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Member of Ricoh Company, Ltd.

KAMIGOCHI Takeshi has held senior executive leadership positions in both domestic and international consumer goods manufacturing and retail industries, accumulating extensive experience in corporate governance, financial strategy, and business transformation.

Currently, as a Member of the Board of Directors, he provides independent oversight of the company's management. In addition to his Board responsibilities, he offers strategic advice and recommendations to support the company's globalization and enhance its medium- to long-term corporate value, with a particular focus on optimizing the business portfolio and strengthening the management foundation to improve profitability.

IMAI Sanae began her career at Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT). After working at Microsoft, she joined Salesforce, where she consistently led digital transformation (DX) initiatives across the public sector, as well as the telecommunications and media industries.

As a Fellow of the World Economic Forum, she also participated in smart city initiatives, gaining a global perspective and extensive practical experience.

Currently, she serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of a Yamanashi Prefecture-based company that promotes digital transformation for local governments. Through this role and her other professional activities, she is dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion (D&I) and regional revitalization.

HANASAKA Takayuki began his career at Japan Travel Bureau (now JTB Corp.). After working in educational travel sales, he went on to hold a series of key leadership positions, including Section Manager of the Sales Planning Division within the Sales Department of JTB Metropolitan Area, Head of the Travel Designer Division, and General Manager of the Planning & General Affairs Division within the Japan Products Division of JTB Corp.

He subsequently served as a Member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of the General Affairs Division at JTB Japan Travel Business Co., Ltd.; Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of the Human Resources Division at JTB Corp.; Member of the Board of Directors, Managing Executive Officer, and General Manager of the Individual Business Division; and Representative Member of the Board of Directors, Senior Managing Executive Officer, and Head of the Tourism Business Headquarters.

He currently serves as a full-time Audit & Supervisory Board Member.

SUZUKI Michio has served as a Non-standing Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Member since June 2008. Leveraging his extensive experience in corporate legal affairs, together with his advanced expertise in accounting and finance, he has played a key role in ensuring compliance and auditing the appropriateness of business execution, thereby supporting the maintenance of a sound, transparent management foundation and the sustainable enhancement of corporate value.

He consistently brings an objective and rigorous perspective to his responsibilities, with a strong focus on the early identification and prevention of risks. Drawing on his wealth of knowledge and experience, he contributes to maintaining a robust governance framework that enables the JTB Group to uphold the highest standards of integrity and continue earning the trust of society.

MARUYAMA Takashi joined Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. in 1983. After working in the liner and tanker business divisions, he transferred to the finance department, where he built a distinguished career in finance, including an overseas assignment in the Netherlands. During this period, he was responsible for a range of financial operations, including tax lease financing and project finance for liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers.

Following his appointment as Executive Officer in 2011, he served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), where he strengthened the company's financial foundation and led initiatives to enhance its credit ratings.

Since 2022, he has served as CEO and Representative Director of Daibiru Corporation. In this role, he has driven the company's growth strategy, leading initiatives such as doubling total assets, expanding business operations into India and the United Kingdom, and launching new investment businesses.
