Human resources development policy

JTB University
The JTB University is a concept that generally refers to the ongoing training and education curriculum of the Group as applicable to the entire Group. As an opportunity to share the management philosophy, vision, and strategy of the Group with each employee, the JTB University occupies an important position in terms of seeking to cultivate a sense of belonging to the Group, increasing the unifying force that ties employees to one another, and raising the value of the corporate brand. Rather than merely train business leaders and managers, the JTB University entails efforts to educate experts and otherwise provide a broad range of educational opportunities and maximize group synergies.
